QikStream provides a digital subscription service with both monthly and annual plans. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing cycle selected during checkout.

3. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees based on your chosen plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the provided customer portal.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
